Key responsibilities
This is a full-time role for a Senior Customer Success Manager located in Copenhagen. The Senior Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Lead and execute large-scale implementation projects from start to finish using the SameSystem processes and project methodology.
- Strategically guide clients in maximizing product value across their operations.
- Be an advisor to clients and proactively engage in strategic discussions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Support to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Be a key player in churn prevention, upselling, and SameSystem know-how.
- Ensure happy clients!
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in customer success, project management, and enterprise account management.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage priorities, oversee complex projects, and deliver on time.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive strategic outcomes.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Experience with SaaS platforms and data-driven decision-making.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Bonus points for a deep understanding of retail operations.
